Standard residential maintenance plan

We have a special spring and fall program for the homeowner who values preventive maintenance. In the spring we come in and do a full maintenance on your central air conditioner and in the fall we will service your furnace and heat recovery ventilator. The price is $120.00 per year for 2 visits (spring and fall) or $70.00 per visit for a single maintenance.

What makes our maintenance checks different.
Our maintenance checks are unique in that they perform checks that other companies may not. For heating, besides the regular check, we check your furnace efficiency (ex 85% efficiency). We also set up your burner to ensure that all the natural gas is burned and doesn't just go up the chimney. This not only produces a more efficient furnace, but also keeps the furnace from producing and releasing carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide gases to your home or the atmosphere. A furnace that doesn't produces carbon monoxide, is a safe and efficient furnace. Get the most from your gas! We also check inside for carbon monoxide and check your gas manifold pressure. We do a 35 point maintenance check on your furnace.

For air conditioning, besides the regular check, we use a sling psychometer to set up your refrigerant charge to operate at the manufacturers engineering specifications.
This allows for increased compressor life and maximum electrical efficiency.
We do a 25 point maintenance check on your air conditioner.
