The 90i  model: 355AAV
The 90i, or intelligent furnace, is 96.6 % efficient and uses much less hydro than a regular furnace. This variable capacity furnace is able to give you an exact continuous fan speed within 400 cfm. The 90i remembers your past heating demands to run in a low fire mode as much as possible without sacrificing comfort. This low fire mode gives a  gentle and more even heat by gently adding a little bit of heat over a longer period of time. This produces less air stratification (hot air rising and cold air falling). During low fire the furnace senses the static pressure of your ductwork so your furnace fan knows exactly how hard to blow.
During low fire the furnace runs in "dc volt, variable speed,  mode" and uses much less hydro. During low fire the 90i is extremely quiet and can be used with a thermidistat to control the variable fan speed during air conditioning. This enables the 90i to perhaps "drop more moisture than temperature if required" or visa-versa. The intelligent system remembers any trips or faults and can be integrated into remotely controlled systems.
The 90i is especially suited for zone control. By sensing ductwork static pressure, it only blows hard enough to overcome the static pressure of the zone calling for heat, cool or humidity. (See Evolution Control for the best and most complete use of this furnace.)

The 352AAV high efficiency 2 stage furnace. 
Like the 90i. this 93% efficient furnace is multi directional. It has a 2 stage gas valve, 2 speed inducer motor and uses a hot surface igniter therefore no pilot light. The unit has a lifetime limited warranty  on the heat exchanger and a 5 year warranty on all other parts.
This is a low or high fire system, not a variable capacity system.
A multi stage stat can also be used.
 

The 350AAV high efficiency gas furnace
is our single stage high efficiency furnace which is 95.5 % efficient. It has a 3 speed motor and also comes pre wired for an electronic air cleaner, humidifier or air conditioner.
It comes with a 5 year limited warranty on all parts and a
lifetime limited warranty on the heat exchanger.

The 340MAV high efficiency gas furnace
is our single stage high efficiency furnace which is 91 % efficient. It has a 3 speed motor and also comes pre wired for an electronic air cleaner, humidifier or air conditioner.
It comes with a 5 year limited warranty on all parts and a
25 year warranty on the heat exchanger.

All of the above furnaces are 2 pipe sealed combustion systems.
Outside air is brought in for combustion through one pipe and that air and the exhaust gas fumes go out the other pipe. Inside air in your home is not exhausted outside at a high rate as with conventional mid efficiency furnaces and some brands of  high efficiency furnaces.
This exhausted air must be made back up in the home and reheated.
